DUNHAM, MASSEY - A NATIONAL TREASURE
The famous hall and park, which is now in the care of
the National trust, was for 300 years the seat of the Earls of Stamford
Warrington Much of Altrincham’s local history was influenced by the landlord
at the great house, which, with it’s formal gardens, is set in over 230
acres of parkland, home to a herd of grazing fallow deer. The grounds
also feature a shop, a resaurant and facilities for the disabled. |
