The famous hall and park, which is now in the care of the National trust, was for 300 years the seat of the Earls of Stamford Warrington Much of Altrincham’s local history was influenced by the landlord at the great house, which, with it’s formal gardens, is set in over 230 acres of parkland, home to a herd of grazing fallow deer. The  grounds also feature a shop, a resaurant and facilities for the  disabled.
